Who we are: FoodSafe Logbook is operated by Pingzhou Tu (ABN 56 591 469 534), an Australian sole trader. We comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
What we collect
- Account details: name, email address, organisation name
- Usage data: features used, login activity, device information
- Content you create: food safety logs, temperature records, cleaning records, uploaded photos, and generated reports
- Payment data: processed securely by Stripe — we never store card numbers
How we use it
- To provide, maintain and improve the service
- To send transactional emails (receipts, login links, password resets)
- To respond to support requests and technical issues
- To maintain security, prevent misuse and ensure system reliability
We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising or profiling.

All providers are contractually required to protect your data.
Data retention
Data is retained while your account is active. After cancellation, data is held for 90 days and then permanently deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
Your rights (APPs)
You have the right to access, correct or request deletion of your personal information. You may also request a copy of the data we hold about you.
