Security
Every product in the Compliai suite follows the same security and data‑protection standards.
Encryption
All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and encrypted at rest using AES‑256. This applies to logs, photos, user accounts and all operational data.
Australian data hosting
Your data is stored on servers located in Australia (AWS ap‑southeast‑2). We do not transfer personal data outside Australia without your consent, except where required for secure processing by trusted providers.
Infrastructure
FoodSafe Logbook is hosted on Supabase and Vercel — enterprise‑grade platforms with automatic patching, uptime monitoring, redundancy and daily backups. Both providers maintain industry‑standard security certifications.
Payments
All payments are processed by Stripe. We never store or handle credit card numbers on our servers.
Access control
Supabase Row‑Level Security (RLS) ensures each organisation can only access its own data. Internally, we apply least‑privilege access — only authorised personnel can access operational systems, and only when required for support.
